I recently had a great stay at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices for the quality of the rooms. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and upkeep was impressive. The rooms were also equipped with split system air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather. Additionally, the location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to explore.

This hotel is located along the highway and is conveniently close to shops, with easy access to Mareeba centre. The area offers plenty to do for those seeking outdoor adventures. The rooms are spacious, with a good size bathroom, and the service is fantastic. The beds are comfortable, and the hotel offers a range of facilities that include under cover parking, pool toys, loungers, and BBQ area. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and there are good reading lights available for a relaxing evening.

Some guests mentioned in a review that the receptionist was rude and had issues with payment.

Had a fantastic stay - customer service was outstanding and I received lovely home baked scones with preserve and cream. The hotel is beautifully clean and staff were accommodating. Conveniently located by gardens and close to the centre.

Everything is what I need and want.

During Easter, my stay was quite satisfactory at a motel I had never been to before. The staff was accommodating, and the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and spacious. I particularly appreciated the amenities available in the room as they made my stay more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. I noticed a noisy plumbing system, which made it somewhat challenging to sleep, and secondly, there was no cutlery or plates available in the room.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at a motel in the tropical north!! The pool was sparkling clean and refreshingly cool, making it perfect for a splash around. the friendly staff was very helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements. The rooms were impressively clean and had all the necessary amenities for our stay. The motel is ideally located near shopping and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and we woke up with a stiff neck. The shower pressure was poor at times, and sometimes it was cold and required waiting for warm water to return.
